Bug Report: A bug is when something is not working as desired. For example, a command that used to work, no longer works. Glitches that happen if you do something a certain way. Perhaps it is an undesired result of a certain action or command. If we are not aware of it, we can't fix it.
Feature Request: A feature request is something you would like to see added to our Minecraft server, Web Site, or discord server. While we can't always full-fill every request, we do appreciate input from the community as to what features we should have or not have.
Help Request: If you are unable to get help through our normal staff channels on resolving a situation that happened, you can use this form to get help. The more details you can provide, the easier it will be for us to help you.
